Today I come to explain Renata França's method of lymphatic drainage that you all love so much. It is a method that consists of reshaping the body with a specific set of massage maneuvers. The idea behind the method is based on gently pushing the skin to the limit of resistance. This manages to stimulate blood circulation and allows us to reshape the curves, which is why the results are seen after only one hour of session.
